We are a small, family-run provider of holiday apartments in the Blue Land region.
The building was constructed around 1840 and has a rich and varied history: it previously served as a farmhouse, a brush factory and, for a period of time, also as an inn.

We are renovating the house step by step and with great care, always respecting the history of the building. We place particular emphasis on durable, preferably sustainable building materials and on preserving the original character of the house. Not everything is finished or perfect yet, but every detail is created thoughtfully and with the overall concept in mind.

Today, Daserhaus offers simple, cozy and functional holiday apartments without unnecessary luxury, but with a relaxed and authentic atmosphere. Straightforward hospitality, fair prices and respectful interaction are important to us.

We live in the house with our family. We have four children, dogs and a horse – a lively, rural environment is therefore a natural part of everyday life here. Families, business travelers and guests working in the region are equally welcome. We are happy to support our guests with practical local tips before and during their stay.

We provide our own digital guest folder/guest app with all details about the apartment, shopping options, and excursions. You will receive the link by email after booking. All holiday apartments have a minimum floor area of 50 sqm. The bedrooms are equipped with double beds (180x200 cm), and the living rooms feature comfortable sofa beds. The dining area is integrated into the living rooms. Each holiday apartment has a small kitchen or kitchenette. Wi-Fi with 100 Mbit/s is available in all apartments, as well as a smart LED TV. Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, and Wi-Fi are of course free of charge. We offer a small selection of board games and books. Tea and coffee, as well as a water carbonator, are part of the standard amenities in all apartments. Bed linen and towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, etc. are also provided. The kitchens are equipped with a kettle, coffee machine, oven, portable cooktops, pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, and cooking utensils. Of course, there is also a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Access to the apartments is via an electronic lock. You will receive the PIN code in advance by email.

We do our part to protect the environment, as we also notice the effects of climate change in our region. Heavy rainfall events have increased significantly in recent years. We wash towels and bed linen exclusively with detergents and vegan fabric softeners from the brand Frosch. This helps keep waterways clean, saves energy, and the packaging is made from 100% recycled plastic. We also rely on Frosch products for cleaning agents and dishwashing liquids. Dish sponges and cloths are given a second life with us. After each guest change, they are cleaned at 60°C. They may no longer look brand new, but they fully serve their purpose. In this way, we jointly make an important contribution to resource and environmental protection. By the way: after a maximum of three uses in the holiday apartment, we replace the sponges and cloths. But their life is still not over—we donate them to painting and art groups, where they continue to be used for a long time.

If you arrive with your own electric car, you can conveniently recharge it overnight directly in front of Daserhaus for a maximum of 39 ct/kWh.

By the way: Guests staying with us can use buses and trains free of charge throughout the entire Garmisch-Partenkirchen district with the guest card. This is also a contribution to environmental protection.
